Bloem (Flower) is situated along the waters of the Entrepotdok in Amsterdams Plantagebuurt (Plantage neighbourhood), located between two landmark warehouses and across from the Artis zoo. The top floor gives you a great view of the Entrepotdok and its surroundings, an ideal spot for a sumptuous dinner. Bloem serves a varied menu and it stands for pure, sustainable, good food. Almost everything is made in-house: from the handcut chips to the delicious cakes.
