At Bon Lloc Restaurant the menu changes every day. It all depends on what they find for sale at the market. Located in Palma and established in 1979, they serve vegan and vegetarian food, focusing on seasonal, local and organic products.
When I had dinner there they had a special vegan seaweed menu consisting of a salad with seaweed and local sea salt as a starter, as a main dish a seitan stew with seaweed and rice and for dessert a lovely panna cotta with raspberry, pineapple and of course… seaweed.
