An idyllic place to have a swim and relax at the poolside.
I enjoyed a gorgeous lunch prepared by Manuel, the chef, and his team. Manuel loves to use local produce as much as possible: vegetables and fruit from local ‘fincas’ (farms), and their own olive oil. At the moment they are preparing their land for their own vegetable garden.
I love the surprising combination of the ingredients and the original presentation done by the chef.
Julian is the most professional and friendliest headwaiter and teacher who I met during my stay in Ibiza. In this picture he presents the local organic white wine from Can Rich, which is full of minerals, and a wonderful food wine pairing with the tasty lunch.
It’s possible to enjoy lunch and dinner when you’re not a hotel guest. But be warned. When you enter the luxury boutique hotel you might like to stay anyway : )
As the climate in Ibiza is mild, the hotel is open year round. It is an amazing place for individuals but also for your team building sessions, workshops and group stays.
