I was so excited to visit the culinary festival ‘Kookeet’ in Bruges! I studied at Hotelschool Spermalie in Bruges a long time ago, so for me it was kind of special to revisit my old student city Bruges.
1. Visit beer brewery De Halve Maan and taste their ‘Brugse Zot’, a blond beer, and ‘Straffe Hendrik’, a triple. Take a guided tour of the brewery and afterwards enjoy one of their great beers out on the terrace. Read more »
This year Kookeet was even more festive than previous years. It’s the fifth anniversary of this culinary food festival in Bruges. During Kookeet (September 26th-28th 2015) you can taste delicious Michelin style dishes for affordable prices. Dishes from top Michelin and highly rated Gault Millau chefs for just 6 to 8 euro’s!
