Pure! was delighted to join a culinary press trip to Berlin and Northern Germany. During our trip we fell in love with the veggie and vegan scene in Berlin so we decided to go back there and do some more Pure! exploring.

In the Müritz lake you can catch your own fish, like perch and carp. The company also has aquaculture ponds for breeding sturgeon for their caviar. According to our guide sustainability is important to the Müritzfischer. The young Austrian chef Daniel Schmidthaler received his first Michelin star in the same year that he opened his Alte Schule Restaurant. The kitchen uses regional and partially organic cuisine. A good relationships with his local suppliers is important to the chef. Read more »
At Kleine Schorfheide they serve a regional cuisine and everything is homemade with seasonal ingredients. For drinks there is organic rhubarb juice and house wine. The veggie lunch is an explosion of flavours and colours. Read more »
