Dwaze Zaken (Foolish Endeavours), a little paradise designed by young artists and located across from Amsterdams Central train Station. Enjoy great food, prepared with locally sourced ingredients, organic wine, good coffee or an ice cold triple style beer from local brewery ’t IJ. On monday’s you eat whatever is prepared by the chef for € 6,-. They often have live performances from singer-songwriters and when sitting outside you get to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city.
The staff is friendly and the chef cooks with only the best ingredients. They not only have to taste good but also be grown without much artificial help in a responsible way. It’s crazy to buy produce that is flown in from all over the globe when you can find the same quality just around the corner.
