You will find Brasserie Marie in the old flood barn across from the pancake house. The flood barn used to be a safe haven for cattle when the Mariënwaerdt estate was hit by floods.
On the menu you will find pure seasonal dishes that are made with ingredients from the estate, like Lakenvelder beef from their own herd, or from local producers. On the wine list you will only find organic wines. This authentic location with its contemporary interior is ideal for a romantic evening, but the brasserie also has spaces for afternoon drinks and lounging, inside and outdoors.
On estate Mariënwaerdt you will also find pancake house ‘De Stapelbakker’ and the farm shop.
