Situated along the city center, Jardí del Túria (the garden of the Turia) is Valencia’s perfect green lawn. Jardí del Túria is the old riverbed of the river Turia, which was diverted after severe flooding in 1957. It’s a sunken park that allows cyclists and pedestrians to traverse much of the city without the use of roads.
I started my trip in the South, where Ciutat (city of arts and sciences) is located. It’s the most important modern tourist attraction in Valencia.
