The owners of Kimpira eat vegan, macrobiotic and organic, but there is a fishburger on the menu. At Kimpira they combine their years of experience working at their former restaurants to find the most healthy and sustainable options. In the kitchen you will not find a microwave, juicer, or mixer.
They have no electric appliances whatsoever. Everything is done by hand and the water is ionized.
The food is delicious and healthy. The vegan lasagne is made of spelt, a grain that is becoming more popular because it’s easier to digest than wheat.
At Kimpira they grow their own vegetables, like pumpkins, broccoli, cabbage and lettuce.
