In the restaurant Teaterbrasseriet and the Bistro not all the food is organic, what they offer depends on the wholesale purchase price and the differing sustainability standards. The restaurant at Spritmuseum has just been open for one day, but Chef Petter Nilsson has been working with organic food since 1995.
