We visited Brooderie in August 2013… An authentic, inviting, cozy lunchroom and bed and breakfast in the center of Ghent. Don’t expect a luxurious B&B. We’ve saved the best for last. Seppe Nobels is the chef at Graanmarkt 13 and he likes veggies to be the stars of the menu.
