Coming soon: Pure! Food & Travel in Alentejo, Portugal. Just back from Center of Portugal, I’m excited to return to Portugal in only two weeks! Pure! Food & Travel will participate in a press trip ‘gastronomy and wines’ to Alentejo, located between Algarve and Lisbon.
Alentejo is famous for its agriculture, dominated by vast cork and olive plantations. On our itinerary are visits to Évora and Monsaraz, and a wine and olive oil tasting and dinner at the beautiful Herdade da Malhadinha Nova.
