From Coimbra, 15 quilometers facing north, you’ll find Mealhada.
There, you can taste the worlds most delicious spit-roasted suckling pig, which marvellously pairs with the region wonderful sparkling wine, the Espumante.
Be welcome and enjoy something trully magnificent.
