They don’t just do catering, they also occasionally set up pop-up restaurants. Once a month they pop up at a secret location in Ede, the Netherlands. They create several courses that use seasonal, organic local ingredients sourced in the vicinity of Ede. With every course they choose matching wines from Gelderland, the province in which Ede lies. Puur-e gets their inspiration from the dutch kitchen, landscape, art, internet and design.

organic: meat 90%, vegetables, dairy, eggs, butter, cheese, wine, juices, sustainably caught fish rated one according to goedevis.nl, fair trade coffee, tea and chocolate, CO2-compensation for their transport, recyclable cutlery and plates made out of palm fibres.
