The Spritmuseum in Stockholm is a unique place to meet. You can dine, taste, shop and visit the art collection. The restaurant at Spritmuseum has just been open for one day, but Chef Petter Nilsson has been working with organic food since 1995. I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant with its open kitchen and the extremely tasty, simple and beautifully decorated dishes.
The combination of flavours and textures combined with the natural purity of the different elements was awesome.
