The restaurant Tan in Brussels is situated on the first floor and can be reached via a stairway situated at the back of the organic store. The modern, sober, white interior, setup with the principles of feng shui in mind, will definitely surprise you.
In the open kitchen all meals are served raw or cooked at low temperatures. Almost all ingredients used are organic, except for some of the Asian herbs. Food considered as toxic like dairy products, coffee, sugar, soft drinks and all refined industrial products are eliminated. Next to plant-based products the menu is comprised of sprouted grains, legumes, meat, fish and seafood. The sweet starter, made of apple, almond and date proves it is very tasty too.
